Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Notice given with less than 24 hours notice, and no-call, no-show appointments will be charged in full.

A note on accessibility: my office is located on the second floor. It is only reachable by stairs. Please reach out to me directly if you require an accessible location for our appointment. I do have access to a first floor office.
