About me:
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017, but have been a recipient of massage therapy for almost two decades.
Receiving massage carried me through both injury and emotional stress. I experienced first-hand the incredible results one can achieve through regular massage. This healing led me to pursue a career as a massage therapist.
I specialize in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage techniques. I also utilize hot stones, myofascial cupping, reflexology, reiki, and aromatherapy as needed.
In my practice I am passionate about combining multiple modalities and approaches. My goal is to support you in your relationship with your body, healing, and maintenance. With this dynamic approach to massage therapy, we will work together to address your concerns and build the right ritual for you.
When I’m not working with clients you can find me instructing in the Columbus State Community College Massage Therapy Department, making soap & candles, and spending time with family and friends.
